Our Edinburgh office is located at:

The office is a large glass building on the corner of Morrison Street & Dalry Road (There is Black Sheep Coffee shop on the ground level). Clients and visitors should access the office via the main entrance on Haymarket Square.

Directions to our Haymarket office

Upon entering the building, you will see the main reception desk on the ground floor. As you enter the building, you will see the main reception desk on the ground floor. This is where you will advise the concierge you are visiting our office, they will then open the entrance barriers on the ground floor. Please make your way to the lift area and select level 5 on the panel. At level 5, our Client Suite team will be there to greet you and to inform your MFMac contact of your arrival.

Our Haymarket office has destination-controlled lifts.

To operate the lifts, enter our floor number (5) on the keypad outside the lifts.

The screen will tell you which lift to take (A, B, C or D). 

Please then go to the assigned lift; there are no buttons inside, as the system will already know your destination. 

Our Edinburgh office is a three minute walk from Haymarket train station. Trains from this station serve much of Scotland, including Fife & Glasgow.

There is a tram stop next to Haymarket Railway Station, trams run every 7-10 mins between Newhaven & Edinburgh Airport.

Please alight the tram at the Haymarket stop for our offices.

Our office is well-served by local bus routes:

To/From City Centre, stops located on Dalry Road and are served by the following:

•    Lothian Buses - Service 2, 3, 4, 25, 33 & 44.

To/from City Centre, stops located on Haymarket Terrace are served by the following buses:

•    Lothian Buses - 12, 26, 31, x18 & x19
•    Airlink - 100
•    Citylink - 900, 902, 909, 978
•    Midland Bluebird - X38
•    Ember - E1

Our Haymarket office does not provide parking spaces for visitors. There is nearby parking available, charges may apply:

  • Q Park Capital Square - 10 min walk
  • Q Park Semple Street - 10-15 min walk
  • Semple Street Parking - 10-15 min walk
  • Parking Quay, Fountainbridge - 15 min walk

There are short-term, drop-off locations (10 minutes) near the office for visitors to drop-off / safely assist with wheelchairs or prams.


Disabled Blue Badge holders can park free of charge and without a time limit on-street in Edinburgh:

•    in pay and display and shared use on-street parking bays
•    on single or double yellow lines when loading is allowed
•    in greenways parking places when parking is allowed
•    in disabled parking bays.

There is limited on-street parking located on several streets surrounding the office although most of them are for permit holders only.

If cycling to the office, there are storage racks for bikes outside Haymarket train station & our office building.

The toilets are located in the lobby of level 5, next to the lifts, towards the glass wall. 

Yes, we have wi-fi available for visitors. Our client reception team will provide you with further details. 

For the comfort of our clients, we have available, caffeine and decaf coffee, dispensed via a Schaerer coffee machine with semi skimmed and oat milk available. The machine can also dispense hot chocolate with a choice of milk. 

Hot water for our caffeine and decaf tea options is dispensed via a Billi tap. You'll have a choice of semi skimmed or oat milk. 

Sparkling and still filtered water is available via the Billi tap. We also provide a choice of cans of coke, diet coke and irn bru xtra. 

You can help yourself to refreshments throughout your stay with us. Our reception team will also be on hand to provide you with refreshments as requested. 

Client meetings will take place in our client suite area. Each meeting room differs in size, but we will ensure that the room booked, meets your needs. 

If the fire alarm sounds when you are in the building, please stay with your MFMac contact, who will accompany you to the external meeting point safely.

Directions to our Glasgow office

There is on-street parking outside our office, as well as Q-Park locations on Waterloo Street and Jamaica Street, approximately seven minutes away. 

If cycling to the office, there are storage racks for bikes outside Haymarket train station & our office building.

Once you have arrived at our Glasgow office, please make your way to the lifts and select the 10th floor. Our reception area is located there. Upon arrival, let the receptionist know, and they will call your contact to meet you.

Toilets, including an accessible toilet, are located on the 10th floor.
