Abbi Greer

Abbi is a Solicitor in our Corporate team.

Abbi advises and assists on a wide range of corporate matters across the public and private sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group re-organisations, and general corporate governance. 

Prior to joining the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023, Abbi obtained an LLB (Hons) from the University of Dundee and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow. 

Before qualifying into the Corporate Finance team, Abbi gained experience in Commercial Real Estate and Housebuilding.
