Amina regularly advises to a diverse clientele, spanning private, public and third sector organisations on a variety of matters including intellectual property, commercial contracts, data protection, charity law, and FOISA.
Amina’s experience includes assisting in the drafting and negotiation of IP assignations and IP licences, assisting in the drafting and negotiation of terms and conditions and other commercial agreements, advising on FOISA, drafting Articles of Association, reviewing, drafting and reporting on data processing and sharing agreements, and advising on subject access request.
Amina regularly prepares articles and reports on updates in relation to key industry changes as they relate to her clients, covering intellectual property, charity law and other key changes within the private, public and third sector.
She is a member of MFMac's Energy & Renewables Sector group and regularly acts for clients leading innovation in the solar, battery and electric vehicle sectors.
