Amina’s experience includes assisting in the drafting and negotiation of IP assignations and IP licences, assisting in the drafting and negotiation of terms and conditions and other commercial agreements, advising on FOISA, drafting Articles of Association, reviewing, drafting and reporting on data processing and sharing agreements, and advising on subject access request.
Amina regularly prepares articles and reports on updates in relation to key industry changes as they relate to her clients, covering intellectual property, charity law and other key changes within the private, public and third sector.
She is a member of MFMac's Energy & Renewables Sector group and regularly acts for clients leading innovation in the solar, battery and electric vehicle sectors.

The boom in weight loss injections has fuelled a surge in patients turning to online pharmacies for fast access. Originally intended to treat type 2 diabetes, these drugs are now widely used off-label for weight loss. However, as demand skyrockets, so do safety concerns - from counterfeit products to misuse. In response, the General Pharmaceutical Council introduced stricter regulations for online pharmacies in February 2025.
