Amina Mahmood
Legal DirectorAmina is a Legal Director in our Pensions team.
Amina advises on all aspects of pensions law and regulation for employers, trustees and public sector clients with DB, DC and public sector pension arrangements. Her work involves a mixture of transactional, advisory and strategic work.
She has particular experience in acting for clients operating in the infrastructure, defence, hospitality and financial services sectors. She regularly works with clients on legal and regulatory compliance including benefit re-designs, scheme funding, benefit rectification projects, liability management exercises, endgame planning, scheme mergers, corporate transactions and scheme documentation.
Before joining MFMac, Amina gained expertise at several international law firms.
Amina won Pensions Lawyer of the Year at the Women in Pensions Awards 2024.
