Client Onboarding AdviserCaitlin is a senior client onboarding adviser.
New clients of Morton Fraser MacRoberts will be asked to complete an online verification process called Amiqus. This process ensures the firm will not be the victim to criminals using fake identities. It is important to the firm to maintain compliance and security for our clients, community and ourselves.
Caitlin's role is to use Amiqus to appropriately identify clients, and in keeping with our ethos of clarity, ensure transparent advice is given when needed, for a quick, simple onboarding process for all parties involved.
