Scottish public procurement thresholds updated: What the 2025 Regulations mean from January 2026
The contract value thresholds to which the full public procurement regime applies fluctuate every couple of years. The Public Procurement (Agreement on Government Procurement) (Thresholds) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 (the 2025 Regulations) came into effect on 1 January 2026.
