Danielle qualified in 2021 with a focus on Scottish Commercial Real Estate. She has built up specialist experience advising a wide range of clients from private individuals, charities, central and local government and Housing Associations.
Danielle assists with and works for our public sector clients advising across a wide range of transactions, ranging from occupational licences, leases, disposals and acquisitions. She advises a range of clients including local authorities, ministerial departments, public bodies and housing associations. Danielle also assists with development agreements primarily in the affordable housing sector and grant funding/secured lending transactions
