Ellen provides advice on a broad range of family law issues including financial provision on divorce and separation, cohabitation and child-related matters. Ellen has a keen interest in relocation cases involving children.
Ellen's approach is calm and pragmatic and she is committed to achieving the best results for her clients. Where matters cannot be resolved through negotiation, Ellen has considerable experience appearing in the Sheriff Court and instructing counsel in Court of Session cases.
