Finlay is a Solicitor in our Commercial team.

Finlay is a Solicitor in our Commercial team. He advises and assists clients on a wide variety of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Finlay obtained his LLB from the University of Strathclyde and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow. Before joining the Commercial team as a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Finlay completed seats in Corporate Finance, Commercial and Commercial Real Estate.
