Hannah is a private client lawyer specialising in estate planning, advising individuals and families on Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, and the administration of estates. She also provides guidance on inheritance tax and capital gains tax, helping clients structure their affairs with long-term protection in mind.
Hannah helps clients and advisers with cross-border estate matters and has particular experience supporting German-speaking clients with Scottish tax and succession planning. Her ability to navigate international considerations makes her a valuable resource for clients with assets or family connections across jurisdictions.
Hannah is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading global body for professionals in inheritance and succession planning. She is also a Notary Public.
