Hannah is a Senior Associate in our Private Client team.

Hannah is a private client lawyer specialising in estate planning, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, advising on Trusts, administering Estates and advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.  

She has experience in advising clients who have a cross-border element to their estates.  Hannah also speaks German and has helped many German speaking clients with Scottish tax and succession planning. 

Hannah has also been a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2019.
