Senior AssociateHannah advises on a broad range of finance transactions and has extensive experience in real estate finance, corporate banking, development and project financing and also debt sales.
In addition to advising on local Scottish transactions, she has considerable experience advising on the Scottish aspects of cross border and multi-jurisdictional transactions across a range of sectors including the hotel and leisure sector. She is regularly engaged on complex transactions both locally and in cross border matters and is also involved in the provision of legal opinions on a range of banking law matters.
Hannah has a particular focus on real estate and development finance and has had the opportunity to act for financial institutions located in the UK and internationally as well as borrower clients.
