Jennifer advises on a broad range of corporate matters across both public and private sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group reorganisations, and general corporate governance.
Before joining, Jennifer worked at an international law firm where she advised on complex cross-border corporate transactions and completed a secondment in their Singapore office. She also served as a senior lawyer in the corporate M&A and projects team at a leading UK utilities company, with a particular focus on offshore renewable energy and hydrogen initiatives.
