Katie is a solicitor in our Corporate team.

Katie advises and assists on a wide range of corporate matters across the public and private sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group re-organisations, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022 as a trainee solicitor, Katie obtained her LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen. Before joining the Corporate Finance team as a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Katie gained experience in Intellectual Property, Commercial Contracts, and Commercial Real Estate.

Katie is a fluent Gaelic speaker.
