Phil plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation’s resilience and operational integrity. He leads the identification, assessment and management of enterprise risks, ensuring they remain within the firm’s defined appetite and aligned with strategic objectives. Phil also oversees the firm’s ISO compliance programme, which spans Quality Management (ISO 9001), Information Security (ISO 27001), Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001), driving continual improvement across all areas. In addition to his risk and compliance responsibilities, Phil serves as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer, ensuring robust data governance and regulatory compliance throughout the business.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, reflecting his deep expertise and commitment to professional excellence.
