Rachel Cooper

Associate

Rachel is an Associate in our Private Client team.

Rachel advises clients on a broad range of private client matters, including succession planning, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, and the administration of estates and trusts.

She has experience in handling complex estates, including claims for inheritance tax relief on lifetime gifting, business interests, and agricultural property. Rachel also assists with the administration of contentious estates, offering clear, pragmatic advice during what can often be a difficult time for families.

Rachel is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a globally recognised body for professionals in inheritance and succession planning, having completed her STEP Diploma with Distinction in November 2024. She is also a Notary Public.
