Sean is an Associate in our Employment team.
Sean advises both employers and employees on a range of employment law matters, both of a contentious and non- contentious nature. This includes settlement agreements, discrimination and the Equality Act 2010, contracts of employment and handbooks, capability and absence management & disciplinary processes, redundancy exercises and senior management exits.
Sean has experience in representing employers in the employment tribunal, including final hearings, where he has successfully defended race discrimination claims.
Sean regularly delivers employment law training on a diverse range of topics, including sexual harassment in the workplace.
Finally, Sean advises clients on TUPE and provide support to the corporate team on transactional work.
