She advises on real estate finance matters and supports lenders, banks and financial institutions throughout the lending process, helping to ensure that security arrangements are well structured and appropriately protected from a property perspective.

Abi advises on a broad range of property security matters, and regularly reviews and reports to clients on diverse property assets and portfolios. Her experience includes hotels, wedding venues, purpose-built student accommodation, short-term lets, farms and rural land, warehouses and high street commercial premises. 

She has particular experience in secured lending against agricultural and commercial properties and enjoys working across a wide range of property types and financing arrangements.

Clients and colleagues value Abi’s practical and solutions-focused approach. When complex title issues arise, she works proactively to identify solutions, collaborating closely with other professional advisers, including valuers, to understand and address any impact on the lender’s security package.
