Ailie specialises in advising individuals and families on Wills, Powers of Attorney, succession planning, and trusts, with a focus on estate administration and long-term asset protection. Her approach is tailored to clients with nuanced planning needs, helping them preserve wealth and plan for future generations.
She holds a Scots Law LLB from the University of Dundee and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh. Ailie is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading global body for professionals in inheritance and succession planning, having achieved the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland) with Distinction. She was also awarded a STEP Excellence Award for the Advanced Certificate in Trusts: Law and Practice (Scotland). In addition, she is a Notary Public, registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
