Ailie is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading global professional body for inheritance and succession planning specialists. She achieved the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland) with Distinction and was awarded a STEP Excellence Award for the Advanced Certificate in Trusts: Law and Practice (Scotland).
