Amanda specialises in contentious construction and acts for both public and private sector clients in connection with various construction and engineering disputes.
Amanda is experienced in pursuing and defending claims within the Sheriff Courts, and in the Court and Court of Session with Counsel instructed. Amanda is also interested in alternative forms of dispute resolution and advises clients in relation to mediation and adjudication.
