Amie Brown is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team. She advises investors, landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers and retailers on a broad range of commercial property matters, helping clients navigate transactions efficiently and achieve their commercial objectives.
Her experience covers investment acquisitions and disposals, leasing transactions and the ongoing management of property portfolios.
Amie supports clients throughout the lifecycle of their real estate assets, from carrying out due diligence and co-ordinating complex property transactions to advising on new leases, lease re-gears and day-to-day lease management matters. She works closely with clients to provide practical, responsive advice that helps keep transactions moving and supports informed commercial decision-making.
With a particular interest in the retail sector, Amie has experience advising a range of occupiers, landlords and investors on the property issues that affect their businesses. Clients and colleagues value her efficient, responsive approach and her focus on delivering clear, commercially minded solutions. Amie is dual qualified in Scotland and in England and Wales, allowing her to support clients with cross-border property matters.
