Andrew works across the energy and infrastructure sector, advising a range of clients including electricity network operators and renewable energy developers. He has also gained valuable in-house experience through a secondment with a major utility company, which informs his practical, commercially aware approach.
His experience includes advising on acquisitions and disposals, leases, option agreements, servitudes, licences and compulsory purchase orders. Andrew is known for his strong technical knowledge and for communicating complex legal issues in a clear and straightforward way, supporting clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
