Chris is a Partner in the Real Estate team.

He is experienced in most sectors of commercial real estate law in Scotland acting for developers, occupiers, investors and funders.


Chris and his team act for a number of significant UK investor clients and have a strong track record in handling acquisitions, asset management and disposals for these clients. On the development side, Chris and his team regularly handle large and complex schemes including joint ventures and forward funding/ forward commitment deals.
