Chris advises on a wide range of matters including subsidy control, public procurement and grants.
Chris primarily focuses on working with public sector clients in relation to procurement, governance, public law compliance, devolution issues and legal structures.
He also regularly advises clients across the third sector in matters of charity law, including the formation of new charities, governance and structural issues. In addition, he advised in the first successful appeal to Scottish Ministers against conditions set by a Local Authority under a Community Asset Transfer request.
