Craig is an Associate in our Real Estate team and advises on the real estate aspects of renewable energy projects across Scotland.

Craig advises and assists clients in relation to a wide range of renewable energy projects, including hydro, solar, energy from waste and battery storage, with a particular emphasis on onshore wind.

This includes the negotiation of option agreements, leases, land acquisitions and sales as well as servitudes and wayleaves.

He acts for a wide range of clients, from large renewables developer companies to individual landowners and funders.

Craig Fulton is a good, commercial lawyer with a great work ethic. He is efficient and responsive. He strikes a good balance in his ability to advise competently and independently whist still seeking input from the partner level appropriately.
