Case Study: Sale of Malt Portfolio
MFMac advised Cedarwood Asset Management and David Samuel Properties on the £26M+ sale of the Malt Portfolio, one of Scotland’s largest industrial deals in 2025. The portfolio included 37 units across six estates with a rent roll near £2M. MFMac supported clients from acquisition to disposal, highlighting strong demand in the multi-let industrial sector.
