PartnerGary advises on all areas of corporate law and has significant experience of a range of transactions in a wide variety of sectors involving businesses of all sizes, from local Scottish family businesses to multinationals, frequently with a cross-border element, and including mergers, acquisitions, reconstructions, disposals, investments and joint ventures.
As well as transactional work, he regularly advises on directors’ duties, shareholder and partnership matters, and other corporate governance issues.
Gary is ranked for Corporate/M&A in the Chambers Europe 2025 and Chambers UK 2026 Guide to the Legal Profession.
