Jonathan leads the firm's real estate growth sector. He has vast experience in real estate development across all sectors of the UK market including offices, industrial, leisure and hospitality, retail and all aspects of the living sector such as PBSA, BTR, housebuilding and care.
Jonathan acts for a wide variety of clients across the construction and real estate sectors, particularly developers, occupiers, investors and funders.
Jonathan has significant experience in unravelling and resolving contract structures following contractor and/or developer insolvency so that projects can be taken to successful completion. Recent experience has included a new-build laboratory where the contractor successfully traded in administration to PC, and a hotel forward-funding project where both the developer and contractor suffered insolvency.
He is an expert on all recognised industry forms of construction and engineering contracts.
