Kenny provides pragmatic and commercial advice on the full spectrum of employment law and HR matters to local and national employers across a wide range of sectors.
He has extensive experience in advising on organisational change, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, data protection and the employment aspects of insolvency situations.
Kenny also regularly advises senior executives and individuals on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and bringing employment tribunal claims. He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunals where he has accumulated an enviable track record of success.
Kenny is accredited as a specialist in Employment Law by The Law Society of Scotland. He frequently devises and provides training to senior management, HR personnel and employees and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
He is also ranked in the 2024 edition of Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession for Employment Law.
Kenny is a member of MFMac's Energy and Renewables Group and regularly acts for developers and operators on a wide range of employment related matters including: organisational design, changes to terms and conditions, senior appointments and exits, ET representation, outsourcings and other employment issues such as whistleblowing, disciplinaries and grievances.
