Kirsty advises public and private sector clients on non-contentious construction matters, supporting a broad range of clients from major developers and commercial organisations to consultants and family-owned businesses. She has experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties, across projects of varying size and complexity.
Having qualified in August 2022, Kirsty initially developed her expertise in professional indemnity defence, giving her a strong grounding in construction risk, liability and dispute avoidance, before joining our non-contentious construction team in May 2025.
