Leon deals with a wide range of commercial disputes and debt recovery and regularly acts for clients in court proceedings in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.
With particular experience and focus on insolvency and company law matters, he advises clients on corporate and personal insolvency disputes. Clients find him exceptional not only in his advice but also in his ability to negotiate successful outcomes for them. In addition, Leon’s work contributed to the firm being Highly Commended for Commercial Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2016.

The Supreme Court has confirmed that directors cannot rely solely on a genuine belief that they are acting in a company's best interests if their conduct is disloyal or deceptive. The decision emphasises the importance of transparency, collective board decision-making and a director's duty to act in good faith when exercising their powers.
