Scottish Cross-Border Procurement Regulations: What changes on 20 December 2025
The Cross-Border Public Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 (“Cross-Border Regulations”) have now been published in draft form and are expected to come into force on 20 December 2025.
