Maxine is a Senior Associate in the Housebuilders team.

Maxine has many years of experience acting for clients in the residential development sector, guiding them through acquisition and sales transactions. She has acted for clients in negotiating strategic options and development agreements.

Maxine is also experienced in site assembly, including transactions with utility providers to provide services to development sites and drafting bespoke Deeds of Conditions to suit each site and the needs of the developer client.
