Neil is Chief Operating Officer of MFMac and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.
He works closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our people are supported to do their best work and that clients receive the highest standard of service.
Neil is committed to open and effective communication, building strong relationships with clients and creating an environment where people can contribute, develop and succeed. His focus is on ensuring teams work together effectively, enabling colleagues to contribute to the growth and success of the business while delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.
From 2018 to 2023, Neil served as Managing Partner of MacRoberts. Prior to that, he was Head of the firm's Corporate Finance team and built a strong reputation as a trusted adviser in the Scottish legal market.
Neil is also the firm's Money Laundering Compliance Officer.

MFMac has reported strong revenue and profit growth, with turnover reaching £49 million and annualised revenue increasing by 9%. Net profits rose to £19.2 million, while annual profits have grown by 30% since the launch of MFMac in 2023. The firm continues to invest in its people and client experience, supported by a number of senior appointments and industry recognition.
