She also regularly delivers immigration training to businesses, covering topics such as sponsorship compliance and right to work checks. Pavan also has experience of advising and supporting on the International Sportsperson route.
Pavan regularly advises individuals and families in personal immigration matters, with experience of advising and assisting in applications for Entry Clearance, Further leave to Remain, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Citizenship. Pavan also represents clients at the Immigration Tribunal.
