Rebecca McAvoy

Rebecca advises individuals and families on a range of private client matters, including succession and inheritance tax planning, and the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. She also supports executors and beneficiaries through the administration of estates, offering clear and timely advice during what can often be a difficult time.

Rebecca is also involved in the ongoing management of several charitable trusts administered by MFMac.

She graduated with a First Class LLB in Law with English Law from the University of Aberdeen in 2020, and completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh in 2021. Rebecca qualified as a solicitor and Notary Public in 2023 and is currently undertaking the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland).
