Sue is a Senior Paralegal in our Private Client team.

Sue is an Accredited Paralegal in our Private Client team, with over 30 years’ experience in executry administration and asset protection. She is highly experienced in investigating estates, preparing HMRC and Court forms, managing the distribution of estate assets, and producing detailed estate accounts.

Sue gained her Paralegal qualification in Wills, Trusts and Executries from the University of Strathclyde in 2004 and joined the firm in 2022, bringing with her valuable experience from the banking sector and two other Edinburgh law firms.

She is a member of both the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegals and the Scottish Paralegal Association.

My parents died within weeks of each other, shifting family relationships in a way that was often distressing. Looking after the estates was a more complex process than I had envisaged. Jack Kerr and Sue Campbell of MFMac navigated us through this difficult territory with great subtlety, skill and humanity. They were unfailingly responsive, thoughtful and thorough.
