Susan Lamont

She supports clients and colleagues across a wide range of commercial property matters, helping to deliver transactions efficiently and effectively. 

Susan works with retailers, developers and property investors, assisting with acquisitions and disposals, lease transactions and ongoing property management matters. Her experience includes acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants, supporting lease management work and advising on purchases and sales across a range of commercial property assets. She also works on English lease transactions and English sale and purchase transactions.

Susan is regularly involved in residential conveyancing projects for developers, as well as shopping centre and retail park acquisitions and disposals. She works closely with colleagues across the Real Estate team to help progress transactions smoothly and provide practical support throughout the process.

Susan is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland, is qualified as a paralegal in English Commercial Property Law and is a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
