SolicitorTay is a solicitor in our non-contentious construction team.
She is experienced in dealing with routine construction contracts such as SBCC/JCT building contracts, professional appointment agreements and collateral warranties, as well as more complex contracts such as those in the NEC suite, particularly on large-scale national energy projects.
She acts for a wide variety of the firm's construction clients, including real estate developers, local authorities, development funders, UK-wide energy companies and household-name retail companies. Tay has recently produced a streamlined process for reviewing and approving construction contracts on behalf of real estate development lenders, to provide a quicker and more efficient service.
