Legal DirectorVictoria McMurray is a Legal Director in MFMac's Corporate team. She advises businesses, investors, management teams and corporate groups on a wide range of corporate matters, helping clients navigate complex transactions, support growth ambitions and make confident strategic decisions.
She has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate restructuring.
Victoria works with clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, from acquisitions, disposals and investments to joint ventures and group reorganisations. She leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver transactions efficiently, advising on deal structures, managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and supporting clients through post-completion integration and governance arrangements. She also advises boards, shareholders and senior management teams on corporate governance matters, shareholder arrangements and constitutional documents.
Known for her commercial and solution-focused approach, Victoria provides clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients focus on the issues that matter most. She is valued for maintaining momentum on transactions, coordinating multiple workstreams effectively and finding practical solutions to complex legal and commercial challenges.
