Chris Harte

Chief Executive Officer

Chris is Chief Executive Officer of Morton Fraser MacRoberts, and is responsible for driving the firm's strategic growth. 

He has also been a partner in our Real Estate team since 1999, advising clients on a wide range of real estate projects with particular expertise in the hotel, licensed and leisure sectors.

He also has a broad range of experience acting for owners, occupiers and developers on development projects.

Chris was a Council Member of CBI Scotland from 2014 - 2020.

He impresses with the quality of his advice, with one client remarking: He is very agile-minded but also pragmatic, straightforward and clear. He is very able at taking on board a broad range of issues in what can be complicated scenarios.
