With extensive experience across public procurement, projects and government interventions, Duncan is known for combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of the commercial, policy and governance issues facing public sector organisations. Duncan is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Public Procurement Law and chairs the Association's panel responsible for accrediting Public Procurement Law Specialists. He is also Chair of the Procurement Lawyers' Association and a member of the Prosper Policy Committee, reflecting his commitment to promoting procurement best practice and supporting sustainable economic growth in Scotland.
