Gail is a legal director within the Agricultural Law and Rural Property team.
Gail specialises in all aspects of Agricultural and Rural Property work: from the purchase and sale of land to forestry and large estates. She acts for individuals, public sector organisations and charities in connection with their rural property interests.
Gail has considerable experience acting for landowners and developers in renewable energy projects across all technologies.
She was appointed to the Law Society of Scotland's Energy Law Reform Committee, and is the Convenor of their Property and Land Law Reform Sub-Committee.
Gail is also a Notary Public, is a Trustee for both the Whitehills Harbour Commissioners and the Willow Tea Rooms Trust, and acts as a mentor with the Law Society of Scotland mentoring programme.
She is a certified Mental Health First Aider.
