Jennifer acts on behalf of employers, main contractors, sub-contractors, members of the design team and insurers in a wide variety of construction disputes across a number of different sectors.

As well as advising clients on formal dispute resolution procedures including adjudication, arbitration and Court proceedings, a considerable amount of Jennifer’s time is spent exploring means of managing and resolving disputes before they reach the stage of formal proceedings.

Jennifer is ranked as a Leader in the Field for Construction in the 2024 edition of Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession.
