Kamal Panglea
Chief People OfficerKamal is Chief People Officer at MFMac, responsible for leading the firm’s people strategy and supporting the development of a high-performing, inclusive and values-led culture.
He brings over 25 years’ experience in HR, with a strong track record of working across complex, international organisations. Most recently, Kamal was with Deloitte in the Middle East, based in Dubai, where he was People Director for Audit & Assurance across twelve countries. In this role, he also had wider responsibility across the EMEA region.
Kamal has significant experience operating at both strategic and operational levels. Earlier in his career, he worked with the government of Saudi Arabia, advising on people and organisational matters, and spent twelve years with Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh and London. During this time, he held a range of senior roles across centres of excellence and business partnering, supporting large-scale transformation and workforce initiatives.
At MFMac, Kamal works closely with leadership teams to ensure the firm continues to attract, develop and retain talented people, and to strengthen a culture that reflects how the firm supports its clients and works together.
Kamal holds a BA (Hons), an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Leeds, and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
