Kyle specialises in non-contentious construction law and acts for clients in the public and private sectors (including authorities, developers, funders, purchasers, and tenants, etc.).
He has experience of drafting, negotiating, and reviewing construction documents used across the industry in Scotland and England. Kyle has recently completed a secondment as Junior Legal Counsel to Diageo's Global Supply and Procurement Team.
