Luke is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal in MFMac’s Personal Injury, Health & Safety and Inquiry team within the Litigation division.
He specialises in personal injury law, providing support to clients and colleagues across a wide range of complex and often sensitive matters.
He is experienced in handling both pursuer and defender cases, including road traffic collisions, employer liability and public liability claims, as well as medical negligence matters. Luke also supports legal project management work for public sector clients and assists with cases from initial investigation through to resolution.
Luke works with individuals, commercial organisations, insurers and public sector bodies. His experience includes matters arising from workplace accidents, incidents in public places, overseas accidents and clinical negligence, helping clients navigate challenges and achieve practical outcomes.
