Maggie Kinnes
ConsultantMaggie has experience in a broad range of construction matters, and specialises in non-contentious work, contract drafting, negotiation and advisory work including NPD and PPP/PFI projects, project development work and other major infrastructure and flagship projects.
She also provides strategic advice for dispute avoidance and her clients include private and public sector contractors, consultants, developers and funders working in the construction industry. She also advises a number of public sector clients including health boards, Scottish Government and local authorities.
Maggie is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Construction Law.
