Mark Pelosi

Senior Solicitor

Mark is a senior solicitor in the Family Law team.

Mark advises on a wide range of family law matters, including separation and divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and child contact and residence. He has a particular interest in international parental child abduction cases and has assisted in some of the most notable cases in Scotland.

Mark has experience in instructing and working with some of Scotland's most esteemed Counsel in both the Inner and Outer Houses of the Court of Session. He also appears in sheriff courts throughout Scotland.

Mark regularly provides advice to a wide variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business professionals, foreign nationals and local authorities. He is known for his supportive and efficient approach in finding the best solutions to suit each client's objectives.

Mark is a member of the Family Law Association.

Mark Pelosi was another main point of contact and he was really outstanding in his grasp of the issue and communication in terms which were clear and understandable even with the many complex aspects of my case.
