Paul is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial division and a member of the Corporate Finance team.

With more than 20 years of experience, Paul advises clients across the private and public sectors on a wide range of corporate law matters, helping businesses and individuals navigate transactions, growth opportunities and strategic change.

Paul advises on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, share restructures, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, articles of association and corporate governance. He also supports clients with cross-border corporate matters, often working alongside legal advisers in other jurisdictions to deliver effective and efficient results.

He works with corporates, family-owned businesses and individuals, providing practical advice that reflects their commercial objectives. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, including healthcare and media, and he is a leading member of the firm's Sport sector team and is a trusted adviser to a number of Scottish sports clubs and governing bodies.

Known for his pragmatic, personable and commercial approach, Paul focuses on what matters most to his clients. He builds strong relationships and delivers straightforward advice that helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.
